Adjusting of a process for a new generation of parts.

We carry out a process study for a specific application. This study is conducted according to a specifications sheet supplied by the customers or in collaboration with him.
This study will make it possible to define:

• equipment investment
• purchases of consumables and calculations of costs
• maintenance expenses
• training expenses

The study is divided into 3 stages:

• preliminary Study of feasibility (free)
• Adjustment of the process, elaboration of assembly plans, definition of a polishing method, tests in the laboratory, cost analysis and study of profitability.
• Training of the staff, started by the equipment.
