AQUA LAM®, a subsidiary of the LAM PLAN® group, has developed an innovative range of abrasives made up of Silicon Carbide (Sic), Aluminium Oxide (AL2 O3), Cerium Oxide (CEO), Boron Carbide (B4C), etc.

Selected on the basis of performance criteria, the AQUA LAM® abrasives are available in the form of calibrated abrasive powders, abrasive liquid suspensions, (BIOLAM ® S for dilution, BIOLAM ® S ready for use), lapping pastes (BIOLAPP ® series L, series CR) and also abrasive gels and creams (BIOJET). The AQUA LAM® range of abrasive products meets the strictest and most specific professional requirements. It is important to add that all the new generation AQUA LAM® abrasives are biodegradable and contain no trace of any toxic, harmful substances or even any substance that might cause irritation.

AQUA LAM® has a research and design office capable of taking into account the constraints inherent to lapping, polishing and super-finishing. A leading figure in the domain of polishing discs and cloths, AQUA LAM® provides a safe answer to requirements concerning roughness and flatness imposed by the most high-tech technical specifications. The AQUA LAM® range of polishing pads comprises more than 50 different models adapted to the optical, metallurgical, geology, connector technology, crystal and opto-electronics industries, etc.

Moreover, since its creation AQUA LAM® has designed/produced cast iron plates, cast iron conditioning rings but also component carriers multi-material sample holders that can be adapted to most single or double plate lapping machines, irrespective of the brand or model.
