NEWLAM®

As soon as the plate begins to spin, due to the effect of the initial weight of the samples and the pressure applied by the machine cylinders, the diamond particles move around and adhere to the sample, creating an abrasive action only on the side of the parts requiring lapping. There is an alternating “CUTTING” and “SHOCK” effect created by the differences in hardness on the surface of the plate, formed by the regular geometric patterns from the two plate components.
